An Educator Shaping the Future

As an AVID teacher in Anne Arundel County Public Schools, Kelly designed and delivers college-readiness programs that help students especially first-generation college-bound youth develop the skills they need to succeed. She bridged the gap between students, families, schools, and the business community, helping young people prepare for a brighter future. Her commitment to education is personal and ongoing: she is currently earning her Ph.D. in Education to continue strengthening leadership across learning institutions and public systems.

Meet Kelly Smith

Veteran. Educator. Community Leader.
